I would recommend you to go with Canon PowerShot SX200IS it will give you a better quality picture and also a HD video recording

The result compare Canon PowerShot SX200IS is better because have more Optical Zoom (12x), and more LCD screen (3 inch) and PowerShot SX200IS has feature HD movie shooting capability but PowerShot SX200IS is expensive than Nikon Coolpix S630.
Both are excellent cameras and brands but if the wide angle is of key interest then the Canon SX200IS has more wide angle than the Nikon Coolpix S630. The Canon goes to 28mm where as the Nikon only goes to 37mm.
